International Student Fellowship Thanksgiving Dinner

The Morrison Rotary Club was treated to a program by Janet Fisher and Carol Holister who discussed the annual International Student Fellowship Thanksgiving dinner. This event is sponsored and funded by the Morrison Rotary Club. 21 International Exchange students and 13 host families celebrated the holiday and learned about each other's traditions. Carol mentioned that some of the students have never eaten turkey or some other traditional favorites. The students also had the opportunity to visit a farm, the Dutch Windmill, go bowling, see Christmas lights at Eagle Point Park, and many other activities.  The students also participate in the potluck held on Friday in which the students made a dish from their country.  Morrison host families then taught them some folk dance. The ladies thanked our club for its continued support.
