The Morrison Rotary Club was honored to re-admit Jennifer Rangel-Kelly as a member in our club. Jennifer was previously a member of our club but her decision to pursue a law degree took up more time than she had to contribute to our group. She is the newly elected Illinois 14th District Circuit Court Judge of Whiteside County. We welcome Jennifer Rangel-Kelly.
